Everyone wants to look their best for their wedding day, so this is a great activity to tone up those muscles while having fun at the same time! Alongside Pilates and Aerobics, Pole Dancing is now seen as a modern form of fitness. Your expert dance instructor will lead you through a series of gentle warm up exercises so you can get the best out of your pole dancing activity session.

During your fun hen party activity, you will go through some of the basics to begin with, so you will feel confident with the pole. Your instructor will then move on to some pole work and floor moves, piecing together a fun routine that is tailored for your group. So whether you are new to Pole Dancing or perhaps a little shy of exercise, this activity is suitable for everyone!
