Pamper Days
Enjoy a session in the Turkish-inspired Rasul Chamber. Clients are provided with a range of mud which concentrates on specific areas of the face and body and a combination of heat and steam in the chamber dries out the mud, drawing toxins from the skin whilst simultaneously having a relaxing effect. The ritual ends with a cleansing tropical rain shower which reinvigorates the body.
You can also choose from one of the following 30-minute treatments:

Pole Dancing
Polercise is the latest fitness alternative to aerobics, pilates and the gym for improving muscle tone, flexibility and cardiovascular strength!
Fully qualified instructors will teach you pole work beginning with a ‘warm up’ session before moving on to try pole tricks and some dance routines in an energetic but fun session. Fitness and fun for every women age, shape and size!
Adventure Package
Begin your session with a fun session of Blind Landrover Driving. You and your friends will each be given the chance to drive a Land Rover around an obstacle course, fully blind folded! The aim is for the passengers to help their driver navigate through a challenging obstacle course without hitting anything or knocking any obstacles down. It’s crazy but fun!
Afterwards, you can also select one other extra activity of your choice from the following list:

Escape Room
Escape from a genuine 18th century jail cell before your time runs out and you face execution!
Set in the real dungeon cells beneath an Old Courthouse, you must work together with your team to solve a series of puzzles and clues within the 60 minute time limit, to find the key to escape!
Karting
Enjoy a face-paced Karting session on one of Ireland’s longest, specially designed circuits!
At almost 1 kilometre long, you will have plenty of time to overtake your opponents before completing each lap! This unique racetrack is both indoor and outdoor, so you will be challenged with all types of track conditions, as you race against the clock!
Aerial Challenge
Take to the skies and enjoy a Zip line adventure! Enjoy this fantastic ziplining experience along 4 different mega-lines, the longest being an epic 550m long and 50m above the river!!

You will be shown how to make a range of delicious cocktails, while the bartender will give you lots of tips and advice so you can enjoy making cocktails of your own. And of course, there will be plenty of opportunity to enjoy sampling these during the course of the evening!

In order to book this package, all we require is a payment of £ 50pp.
The remaining balance will need to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your booking date. If you are happy to proceed with the above package, please let us know and we will make the initial arrangements and email you the relevant payment information to secure your chosen package.
